Woohoo!

Just got something in the post saying I've got my mortgage - I just have to sign an agreement and away I go. I'll have to check my checklist to see where I am, cos I'm sure this part was near the bottom. I guess it could just be that since the solicitors are taking their time that this part has overtaken them.

So thats me being a happy (in debt) bunny then.
