themadoneI've discovered the problem with the card. They've upgraded it and thus made the old not work! Gah. How annoyingly useful? And I found this out cos they'd left a confusing call on the ansaphone with a number that isn't listed on their website. It's little wonder that phishing scams work when they can't even stick to using their own published contact details.
