So, what did I miss?

I ended up going home at lunch time today as I started feeling really ill. Not entirely sure what happened, but I'd just got out of a meeting and feeling sleepy and thirsty had bought a coke. Took a swig of it and it really hurt. I felt hot fire shooting down my chest. Several images flash past my mind and I open my eyes not having a clue where I am. My co-worker asks me something, but I can't hear him over the roaring noise in my head which eventually dulls down and turns out to be the fridge.

Turns out he was asking me if I was OK, cos I'd passed out. I felt queasy, light headed. So figured I should probably go home.

Whatever was wrong, isn't wrong now, although I do feel a little fuzzy headed but that might be cos I slept most of the afternoon. I'll see how I feel tomorrow before deciding if I go back in to work.
