Well I did it. Admittedly not all the way home, but as far as Windsor. Much to my dismay the route I took is only a mile shorter than normal. But I did make it in good time. But not good enough time to catch the train. Decided that since I was thirsty, I'd have a rest on the train with a drink, but the shop was shut and only the really expensive stall was open. Still, the rest was enough and I did cycle home the last 2.2 miles.
