Zoooooooooooom!

I managed to get up to 17mph. Mostly I suspect this is cos crossing the junction near Staines library is a bit scarey and I always put a bit of welly in to get across before someone drives into the back of me.

Still, getting up to that kind of speed from stationary in a few seconds is quite good. And I was in the wrong gear. I suspect giving the bike a good lubing before I set off helped.

Am deeply amused by this anti-VD e-postcard site (stolen off karohemd). I can easily see myself sending a vast slew of e-postcards with it, but I shaln't as in some ways thats just as bad as pandering to VD.

Well that was the final proper class. I can now do front of neck, shoulders & face. Surprisingly, I actually made it to the train on time, even after helping the teacher carry her por-table to her car. Oddly the class finished early rather than late too.

Just need a willing volunteer to have her face and stuff massaged and be pampered lots :)

I could really do with an extra couple of inches....in height. The bulb has gone on the stairs' light and what with me being a shortarse, I can't reach it.

Update: In a very surprise turn of events - I just had barty and inquis pop by to fix the light. Apparently they were visiting folks down at House Cthuhlu and "he who spods too much" mentioned my plight. Coo! Let there be light
