Nah. Thats a myth. It's been 10 hours and I feel fine - well apart from it being waaay too early in the morning.

Or more likely I'm a swamp dragon with a cast iron gut and oodles of constitution and can eat all kinds of stuff without ending up feeling like I'm breeding weasels in my stomach.
